In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Bruce Power is focusing on supporting local organizations and food banks to help ease the stress on families and individuals.

As a result, the Bruce Power scholarship program will not proceed this year.

Bruce Power supports local youth in their pursuit of post-secondary education.

By lending a helping hand to students today, we hope they will bring their experience and education back to the Bruce site when in search of a career. That’s why we provide nearly $25,000 in Grade 8 and high school commencement awards to schools across the Bluewater public and Bruce Grey Catholic school boards, as well as the Avon Maitland District School Board each year.

This $50,000 investment in students from Bruce, Grey and Huron counties has been a rousing success since it was launched in 2011, to celebrate our 10th anniversary.

We also have two Indigenous scholarships for local students.
